If reality dating shows have taught us anything, it’s that making life-altering decisions in 48 hours, surrounded by cameras and cocktails, is… detrimental for the nervous system and subsequently, decision making. But they can be great for helping us see our own patterns we wish to change — challenging attachment styles, unhealthy relationship with boundaries and self worth, “wait… why am I reacting this way?” moments, and everything in between.
In this therapeutic, supportive 8-week group, we’ll use the glorious chaos of Netflix’s The Ultimatum: Queer Love to understand our trauma responses, strengthen our regulation skills, and reconnect with ourselves (no dramatic proposals required). All genders, bodies, orientations, and relationship statuses welcome.
